Marie Marin is an expert in change management, people management and transformation pedagogy. With over 30 years’ multi-sector experience, she helps organisations, managers and students to become more aware, more meaningful and more agile. The recipient of several teaching awards, she has directed programmes in higher education and designed innovative learning systems. She is also a Usui Reiki Master Teacher, and integrates the ethical, emotional and energetic dimensions of leadership into her practices. As a lecturer, coach and mindfulness facilitator, with EQi certification in emotional intelligence, she offers a fresh take on transmission and management. Her approach combines professional rigour and human depth, with the conviction that any collective transformation begins with an inner transformation.
